Katja Jalfin was first introduced to somatic techniques while studying psychology (BSc) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the USA.
After a few injuries, Katja chose to pursue manual therapy and mind-body holistic health. She gained valuable clinical experience working in a physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic for spinal injury patients in Texas. Katja then moved to London and studied at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2019, she graduated with a Master’s in Osteopathy and a Naturopathy Diploma.
Katja Jalfin also undertakes courses yearly to further develop her professional training. Katja specialises in cranial osteopathy. She treats babies, children, and women throughout pregnancy. She is treating those in the performing arts and related injuries and working with patients who suffer from chronic pain.
Katja sees holistic health as an ongoing professional and personal journey. She continues practising yoga and dancing and loves spending time outdoors. Finally, Katja loves going on woodland walks and the occasional camping trips with her husband and dog.
