Furthermore, Myles delivered corrective exercises to help the client achieve rehabilitation and fitness goals. He also incorporated soft tissue and reformer-based exercise techniques. He also enjoys working with children through sports and exercise.
Myles Goodman – His treatment approach combines structural techniques and rehabilitation expertise.
Myles considers himself patient-centred and likes combining his osteopathic techniques to suit each patient’s needs.
His passion is to help a patient through their journey from pain to relief. Also, Myles helps with pain management, whatever the age. This focus came from his degree research project. He investigated the challenges and management of patients with anxiety associated with chronic lower back pain.
Since registering with the General Osteopathic Council, Myles is due to undertake further training. He has an interest in developing his skills in Cranial and Paediatric Osteopathy.
Outside of the treatment room, Myles leads an active life. He likes to exercise in the gym, and his hobbies include reading and cooking. His young family also keeps him pretty busy.
