Associate Osteopath Lauren Jardine worked with children with physical, learning, and behavioural difficulties. Lauren first came to Osteopathy following a dance-related injury. Inspired by the treatment she had received, Lauren studied for a Master’s degree. I earned this degree in Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University and qualified in 2012.
She has completed a research project on breathing disorders and lower back pain here. She has treated many patients with complex conditions and medical histories.
Since registering with the General Osteopathic Council in 2012, Lauren has worked in Kent, West Sussex, and Surrey. In addition, she has run a mobile clinic. Furthermore, Lauren has undertaken First Aid, Clinical Emergencies, Clinical Pilates, Surgical Intervention, and Hypermobility in the Performing Arts. She uses the knowledge gained in these courses throughout her clinical practice.
Lauren treats patients from a range of backgrounds with a range of aches, pains, and conditions. These include office workers, manual workers, elite sportspeople, and performing artists. In addition, it includes pregnant women, young children, teenagers, and the older generation.
Lauren Jardine, an Osteopath, specialises in complex conditions and medical histories.
She often integrates her Clinical Pilates and balances training with osteopathic treatment. It not only ensures your recovery from an injury but will also help to prevent future injuries. Moving forward, Lauren will undertake further nutrition and Cranial Osteopathy training to complement her existing practice.
Outside of Osteopathy, Lauren leads a healthy lifestyle, attending the gym and taking exercise classes (including Pilates!). She also loves to cook and socialise with friends and family.
